I purchased a used ARRI Arrilite 1K that could not support the weight of a Chimera Video Pro soft box without slowly creeping downward. After installing the ARRI Stirrup Mounting repair set it took care of the problem--no more creeping.
Simple, quick and cheap solution for an aging Arrilite.
