Matthews Studio Equipment reduces the amount of screen required for production with their laminated, reversible Chroma Key fabric, Blue on one side and Green on the reverse. The unique feature of MATT Blue/Green screens also allows for fast reversing when key background change is required.

Manufactured from strictly controlled dye lot polyester fabrics that are then laminated to foam backing the MATT Screens have earned instant popularity with both video and motion picture crews as well as production rental houses.

Ok. But has a seam

For any of my rags, I insist on getting seamless material when I can. I just assumed that an 8x chroma would be seamless. Turns out this one has a seam. Not a deal breaker but it does create a potential issue depending on your shot. I contacted Matthews and they told me they don’t offer a seamless 8x chroma.

Merchant Response:Fabric is only available in 6ft lengths, there will always be a seam in overheads larger than 6x6.
