I recently rebuilt a number of Lutron NT dimmers for my light kit. In the past I really struggled with securing 12 gauge wire with screws and keeping it secured. I decided to give the Lex Lex-Loc Edison plugs a go. They have a locking lever that you open, insert your wire and then fully close the lever to terminate the connection. It takes a bit finesse and luck using 12 gauge wire. Smaller gauge wire should be a breeze to install and terminate. In the end I'm a huge fan of the Lex Lex-Loc system and plan to continue using them on future builds.

Ingenious locking lever system to secure terminations. Once locked in place it should stay locked in place. Larger gauge wire can cause character development (patience).
